With all the news about the decline of the high street and more and more independent stores closing every week, it is so refreshing to discover a fabulous independent green grocer thriving in a small Scottish seaside town.
Born out of the frustration at the lack of a greengrocer on their home town friends Jan and Carole took action and set up their own store a few years ago.
The store has become more than just a greengrocer it’s a community store where people pop in and share their dad to day stories and try out some great new recipes provided via the stores very popular Soup in a bag and now Curry in a bag recipes.

You’ll find them at

The second of this weeks Marylebone stores is the amazing The Natural Kitchen. This store is not only packed full of amazing products but they are beautifully displayed. The store is cleverly designed to look like it hasn’t been designed, but rather naturally growing out of an eclectic mix of fixtures, up cycled furniture and a dash of fun.
