Anthropologie Summer Windows 2012

Blueberries, blackberries, beets and turmeric—these delicious edibles (and many others) played a big role in Anthropologies newest windows, featuring flower gardens colored with natural dyes. What did their store teams love most about working with plants? Says window guru Erika S., “The beauty of natural dyeing is in the unknown. A color result could be completely different from one day to the next. To enjoy the process, you need to let go of all you know about dyeing and the idea that you can control the colors.” How did their perfectly imperfect creations turn out? Dig into their photos to see.

Hermes Scarf Window

I Saw this simple but amazing window scheme when I was in New York a few years ago. I stood in awe for ages and then tried to see how they were doing it everything was so well concealed.

The timing of the fans with the video is spot on.

Now I have found a video of it on You Tube its of their store in Tokyo but the scheme in NYC was exactly the same. so I thought id share it with everyone.
